My office is conveniently located in Exton in The Stone Bank Buildings on 967 Swedesford Road.
I prefer seeing clients in-person, but will provide virtual sessions if there are logistical issues or illness as long as the client is located in the state of PA.
I accept Highmark, which includes some but not all Blue Cross/Blue Shield plans. You would need to contact your particular plan to see if I am in network and covered under your specific mental health benefits.
My fee is $180 per 50 minute session. Clients who wish to file for out of network insurance reimbursement have access to superbills generated monthly in their client portal. These superbills have the information necessary for the insurance to process your claims.
In accordance with the No Surprises Act, healthcare providers are required to provide clients who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services for the year, including psychotherapy services.
Please call or e mail 48 hours in advance of a scheduled appointment to cancel. If you are within the 48 hours of a scheduled appointment, you will be charged the full session fee. If there are questions about this policy, please don't hesitate to reach out.
That depends on your needs and how you respond to our work. The issues I treat are often complex and require time. Many clients find it comforting to have a therapist who has seen them through many experiences and because of that, really "gets" them. I am here for you when you need me- whether that is during a rough patch in your life or over many years where we are celebrating the triumphs and facing the storms together. As long as our work is effective, I will accompany you for as long as you need. And I will support the healthy ending of your therapy when you feel ready.
